These Terms govern your use of Around, including Around.fit, the iOS app, widgets, notifications, and related services. By using Around, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Around. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and activity that happens through your authenticated session. You may sign in with Apple, Google, or email OTP where available.
The Around Service
Around helps you and direct friends share daily commitment state, goal progress, proof, bumps, kudos, and widget-ready cards. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Health and Fitness
Around is for personal accountability and social motivation. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a medical device. You are responsible for choosing goals that are appropriate for you and for consulting qualified professionals before changing health, fitness, sleep, or wellness routines.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the goals, notes, proof media, and other content you add to Around. You grant Around a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content so the service can work for you and your direct friends. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to share.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Around to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, compromise security, upload illegal or non-consensual content, violate someone else's rights, or interfere with the service. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when needed to protect users, the product, or legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
Around depends on third-party services such as Apple, Google, and Supabase. Their terms and policies may also apply when you use their sign-in, HealthKit, notifications, storage, or platform features. SMS or invite features may use your carrier or messaging provider, and their rates or terms may apply.
Privacy and Account Deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how Around handles data. You can delete your account in the iOS app from You settings or on the web at around.fit/account/delete.
Disclaimers and Liability
Around is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Around will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or health decisions made using the service.
Termination
You may stop using Around at any time and may delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or create legal or security risk for Around.
Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. Contact support@around.fit with questions.
